It is not as relaxing but works on a deeper level more into the muscle from firm to very deep pressure (hence the name deep tissue) applied to areas of stress and tension from repetitive strain and or lack of stretching. Cupping can also be used as an add on to help loosen up muscles. Get some real work done in ample time.
